Hi! I’m Kayla…
I’m the owner of Simply Finance, Tax & Bookkeeping, and while bookkeeping wasn’t always part of my plan, it’s quickly become my passion.
For years, I’ve worked in the insurance industry — until my family began farming, and I found myself diving into the world of bookkeeping, receipt management, and tax prep. What started as a necessity quickly turned into something I genuinely enjoyed: organizing numbers, simplifying systems, and helping businesses stay financially healthy.
That’s how Simply Finance was born — from real experience and a desire to help other small business owners feel confident and in control of their finances.
I’m proud to be an Iowa State University alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and I also hold my MBA from Grand Canyon University. Now, I get to use my education and experience every day to support entrepreneurs just like you!
