I spent years working in insurance — until my family started farming and suddenly I was elbow-deep in receipts, spreadsheets, and tax prep. What started as "I guess someone has to figure this out" turned into something I genuinely love: untangling messy numbers, building systems that actually make sense, and helping business owners feel like they've got a handle on their finances for once.
That's the story behind Simply Finance. Not a grand master plan — just real experience, a lot of learning, and a passion that kind of snuck up on me.
I'm an Iowa State University grad with a degree in Finance and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, which means I bring both the credentials and the been-there-done-that perspective to every client I work with.
